Jose, Wolfred, and Crew are amazing and talented. They are master craftsmen with an attention to detail. Their pricing was very fair and they were prompt and courteous! We will surely use them again for our upcoming project.

Jose and his team at M&W are a rare find. Highly recommended for quality work, attention to detail, and very fair in adjusting to conditions that required added work and completing it as if it were part of the original job. They replaced flooring I had specially milled and when I ran out they supplied an even better match at a more reasonable price. They patched many sections to make it look like the original. One word of warning, I would not use Bona HD waterbased finish on a floor with dogs. The research was variable (yes and no), but this is too soft for dog claws and scratched too easily, even with 4 finish coats. THIS WAS NOT M&W's FAULT...BONA HD IS NOT THE RIGHT PRODUCT. In hind sight I'd recommend a commercial oil based finish that takes longer to dry, but will stand up better. That said, all finishes will scratch from dogs, so remember, you do the floors for where they have been, not where they are going. M&W is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. GREAT VALUE, QUALITY WORK, REASONABLE PRICE!

I highly recommend M&W services. Five star rating with no hesitation! I am generally picky about quality and these guys are detailed oriented and did an awesome job. Our house was built in the 1930's and has an original white oak flooring. At some point previous owners decided to place a carpet and tile over the oak!. The carpet has been over the wood for at least 30 years. We decided to remove the carpet and bring out oak treasure. After ripping the carpet out, the underlying foam, nailed side fixation, and hundreds of staples, we realized how affected the wood was. Name it, it had water stains, pin holes, cracks, gaps from knocked separation walls, old corroded hardwood fixation nails, etc... Wilford and Nelson form M&W hardwood flooring were responsive, came-in the same week I called them for assessment and estimate, and were able to schedule a service within a week. After 2 days of meticulous work, repair (changing damages pieces with new ones), filling tiny gaps with wood fillers, extensive sanding from 36 all the way to 600 grit, multiple coats of wood finish and buffing, the final look was almost unbelievable. In addition to their quality of work, these guys were easy to work with and their service is fairly priced.

M&W Hardwood - Jose and his team did an amazing work. The project included sanding; staining and bringing our old oak floors back to life. We stained our floors darker and gave our stairs and banister an updated look. The floors had some historical damage and they were able to sand out and fix and issues. The house looks amazing and was move back in ready. I recommend this Company and would use them again!

M&W Floors were top notch! I wanted to rip out carpets from a bedroom, hallway and stairs in order to refinish the hardwood underneath. M&W did it all and it came out amazing! Turned out there was no hardwood under the bedroom carpet, but Jose discussed my options and we figured out the best solution. His team ended up laying a new hardwood floor in the bedroom. The whole job was still very reasonably priced and the team worked hard to finish quickly so we could get back into our bedroom. The best part was there was no dust to clean up at the end!

I hired M & W to replace a hardwood floor in my home. Because the floor was not level, it required the old subfloor to be completely replaced as well. I was very impressed with Walfred and his team. Detail oriented, highly skilled, and very easy to work with. They exceeded my expectations and clearly are customer focused. The cleanup by M & W was spotless and I would hire them again for a future project. I highly recommend!

The team was great to work with! We needed to get new thresholds, patch in where walls used to be and refinish the floors. They also did the railings and refinished the stairs, the additional filler made the floors even more complete. The team was fast and efficient. Super responsive to all communications and worked around our tight schedule. Jose was a pleasure to work with. The results are immediately clear.

These young men have done such a beautiful job. The kind of people that you want to have over for dinner. I run a daycare in my home and they were working on the 3rd floor so they saw the children a lot and were kind and attentive without being obtrusive. A warm wave and a big smile on their way through. My husband laid floors for many years and he too was impressed with their skill and professionalism.

M&W did a great job refinishing our kitchen hardwood floor. They were professional, respectful and committed to doing the job on time and on budget. Once the project started, we recognized the need to adjust the deliverable. They were open and flexible working with us to make the necessary adjustment.

Excellent work from start to finish. M&W removed our old floors, leveled the joists, and installed new pine flooring in our 1860's farmhouse. They stained it to match an existing floor in our master bath and finished it beautifully. They were friendly and courteous, and went over and above to give us an excellent result. We are very happy with the outcome.

M&W Hardwood installed in a new pine floor that we wanted to look old and blend in with old pine flooring.  Welfred took the time to Stain our floor with a few options and helped us choose the best option, and the result was excellent.  I would use this company again in a second.  They are all polite, on-time and worked hard to accommodate our schedule changes.

Jose and his team moved furniture, stripped floors of paint, and sanded and varnished them. The floors look lovely over a year later now. Great communication before, during and after the job, and on-time and easy to work with.

Started working with Jose and Manfred a few years ago now and have brought them in to do new construction spec houses as well as flip houses. Also am quick to recommend them to acquaintances looking for flooring services in their homes. Not only are they reliable and do a great job, I truly can say I enjoy them personally and believe them to be kind, honest people.

As president of our local community center, we've contracted with M&W several times now and they've done a fantastic job each time. They restored our parquet tile gym floor after a flood, and everyone who has seen it raves about how good it looks. Fair pricing, top notch workmanship, attention to the smallest detail and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

As property manager for a local community hall, I had a major crisis two years ago when a burst pipe flooded our 50 year-old wooden parquet floor. M&W did a great job lifting, stripping off the old mastic, and re-installing the parquet squares, and then refinishing the entire floor. Pricing was very fair, they were diligent and did a great job. They also predicted that as the humidity rose the following summer, more of the tiles would buckle, which they did (through no fault of theirs), and M&W promptly came back to replace those. Just recently, the caretakers' apartment above the facility turned over, so we had those wood floors refinished for the first time ever, and they did another great job. We recommend them frequently, and are happy to do so here.

Called on Tuesday for an estimate, they came Wednesday, gave me a great price for my living room and dining room. Started the job Friday, and finished Saturday! Not only do my floors look amazing but there was never any mess!! Great job guys!!
